Torre Velasca Milan
DETAILS OF THE WORK
PRELIOS Savings Management Company has entrusted ASACERT with the task of carrying out the technical control service for the restoration and conservative rehabilitation works of the Velasca Tower in Milan.
The Velasca Tower is one of the symbols of the rebirth of our country following the Second World War. It was in fact built between 1956 and 1958 on the ancient site owned by the Velasco family which was subjected to bombing during the conflict. It was built according to a project inspired by Gothic cathedrals and municipal towers, with a clear modernist reinterpretation and with the aim of hosting homes and offices, for a total of 29 floors (two of which underground) and 106 meters high.
The renovation and modernization program aims to transform the Velasca Tower into a luxury complex with different uses, mainly offices, for a works cost of €8,669,766.95.
