DESCRIPTION

The term Team Building denotes specific methodologies developed to improve the ability to work in teams and, as a result, improve business results.
Most companies today pay special attention to optimizing teamwork, and team building, which is already widespread abroad, has begun to make its way to Italy as well.
Team building is about getting to know people better who work together, to create a relationship, increase collaboration, raise the level of mutual trust, motivate the work group and create cohesion.
With the Team Building course, ASACERT helps teams improve communication, stimulate creativity and bring out leadership; it also educates delegation and goal-oriented work, developing empathy and listening, conveying the company’s vision, mission and values, but most importantly bringing management and operational staff closer together.
ASACERT Strategic Coaches, in the training area dedicated to Soft Skills, have developed an effective training course that involves the adoption of experiential methodologies: classroom training is complemented by an indoor or outdoor experience that helps the Team to have fun and generate shared emotions, which will affect learning and relationships among all participants.
Based on the client company’s needs, ASACERT will build an ad hoc Team Building course, selecting the most effective experiential activity, including: outdoor training, team sailing, edu-theatre, adventure training, sounds building, business storming and self empowerment.

RECIPIENTS

Specific course for any type of company and/or smaller work teams. Groups can consist of up to 25 participants. Multi-day training can be provided for groups over 25 participants, to be arranged with the client.

1 – 3 days, to be agreed with the customer according to the needs and number of participants
