UNI/PdR 125:2022 Guidelines - Gender Equality Certification

DESCRIPTION

On March 16, 2022, the UNI National Standards Body published the UNI/PdR 125:2022 technical document “Guideline on Management System for Gender Equality,” which provides companies with guidelines for complying with the requirements posed by the NRP (Mission 5), regarding equal opportunity and gender gap reduction. The training aims to train learners on the guidelines provided by the PoR, which include precise Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) inherent in gender equality policies in organizations. UNI PdR 125:2022, in fact, provides for the measurement, evaluation and reporting of gender equality data in organizations, fitting consistently within a context of regulatory sensitivity as well as social and economic focus. The goal of PdR is to ensure an inclusive and never discriminatory internal environment for organizations through the creation of a management system to be subjected to certification processes by accredited bodies. Indeed, the NRP launched by the Italian government defines gender equality as a priority and favors reporting on the employment status of men and women, which Law 162/2021 made mandatory for all companies, public and private, with more than 50 employees.
