Leader and Leadership
DESCRIPTION
There are multiple definitions of Leader and Leadership style, but in the corporate field, the true Leader is the one who authoritatively leads a team to achieve certain goals by combining the ability to strategize with the ability to motivate his or her team.
With the Leadership Construction course, ASACERT helps develop the ability to recognize the context of action and prepare the best strategy to achieve the given goals through the profitable and effective management of one’s team.
Leadership translates into the ability to positively influence one’s co-workers and lead them clearly and decisively to achieve results. The Leader establishes a positive climate of mutual trust, stimulates the commitment of his or her employees and becomes a constant point of reference for them.
Thanks to the Leadership Construction course developed by ASACERT Strategic Coaches, within the training framework dedicated to Soft Skills, managers, executives, team leaders and all those in a coordinating role will be able to acquire the mechanisms and techniques to put into practice in order to define, increase and improve their role as a Leader in the corporate context.
