Inspection & Expediting

The process of controlling supplies of any size in terms of quality, lead time and delivery is one of the necessary elements for the expeditious continuation of an organization’s activities. In cases of complex orders, this type of control is a crucial activity, minimizing the risk of inefficiencies and, in the worst cases, of penalties to which the client is exposed for failure to fulfill even partial contractual obligations.

Prevention and identification of critical issues in the supply process, significantly reduce the customer’s exposure to risks of delayed delivery, order processing, and/or partial or complete supply substitution. The completeness and effectiveness of the service is guaranteed by the process developed by ASACERT-qualified inspectors, who provide Quality Inspection activities.

HOW IT UNFOLDS.

Based on the client’s requirements and the subject of the audit, the ASACERT team of experts evaluates the number of audits to be conducted in order to complete the necessary audits, shaping the offer that may contain pre-inspection, intermediate, supplementary and final audits.

Based on the client’s requirements and the subject of the audit, the ASACERT team of experts evaluates the number of audits to be conducted in order to complete the necessary audits, shaping the offer that may contain pre-inspection, intermediate, supplementary and final audits. At the end of the audits, the ASACERT team prepares a Final Report containing a detailed description of what was analyzed, complete with photographic evidence related to the individual stages of the inspection process.

The Expediting phase begins with monitoring the progress of the order: experts analyze the state of the art in terms of time, quality and volume. This is followed by a review of whether the goods/services provided by the supplier meet the customer’s expectations.

If delays are detected during the monitoring phase, a series of procedures are activated to accelerate the production, control and delivery schedule so that the supplier meets the contracted deadlines.

At the end of the activity, ASACERT delivers to the client a set of documentary, in-depth and analytical data, in which the supply procedures are examined and reported, and the checks and controls carried out are attested, also making use of digitized evidence, in order to certify the correct supply process or, on the contrary, highlight any criticalities on quality and delivery times.

The customer is constantly informed about the actual status of the order progress, so that they can adjust their supply-related activities, optimizing time and costs.
