OBJECT OF THE SERVICE

ASACERT has carried out the Estimate and evaluation service for insurance purposes of all the group’s structures located throughout the country on behalf of HUMANITAS.

The hospitals of the HUMANITAS Group host some of the best centers specialized in the treatment of tumors, cardiovascular, neurological and orthopedic diseases; thanks to the presence of university research and teaching centres, the group’s clinics also have specialist centers in the fields of ophthalmology, dentistry, fertility and obesity treatment.

SERVICE

HUMANITAS has entrusted ASACERT with the task of carrying out the Estimate service for insurance purposes on the buildings and general systems owned by the hospital group.

The estimate developed by the ASACERT team – made up of experts specialized in evaluations – was conducted for insurance purposes, for which the grouping criteria of the estimated values and assets were divided according to what was established by the Policy Conditions:

• Buildings lot – buildings, connections and infrastructures
• Machinery lot – equipment, furnishings and outdoor systems
• Items insurable under special conditions – electronic equipment.

In recent years ASACERT has periodically performed the estimate service for the following Group structures:

• IRCCS HUMANITAS Research Hospital, Rozzano
• HUMANITAS San Pio X, Milan
• HUMANITAS Gradenigo, Turin
• ICT – GS, Turin
• Catania Oncology Center, Catania
• Mater Domini Clinical Institute, Castellanza.

RESULT

ASACERT has successfully concluded the Estimate and evaluation service for insurance purposes carried out on behalf of HUMANITAS on the items owned by the hospital group and has provided the client with a final estimate report according to the regulatory standards approved by the insurance companies, containing the results of the assessments carried out in accordance with the conditions indicated by ANIA and the specific needs of the client.
