DESCRIPTION
Knowing how to communicate effectively helps to decrease stress, avoid misunderstandings and, especially in the business context, eliminate inefficiencies.
With the Effective Communication course, ASACERT helps improve verbal and nonverbal communication, making it effective and functional for objectives, through training tailored for companies of all sectors and sizes.
Communication is not only verbal: if gestures and facial expression are at odds with spoken words, speeches will come across as unconvincing and, more importantly, lacking in credibility.
Enhancing one’s ability to communicate is critical to achieving success in life, both personal and business.
Thanks to the Effective Communication course developed by ASACERT Strategic Coaches, within the training framework dedicated to Soft Skills, managers, office workers, salespeople and all those figures in contact with the public will be able to acquire communication mechanisms and techniques, correcting their habits and progressing hand in hand with those who are part of their work team and, in general, with those they have at their side.
RECIPIENTS
Specific course for managers, executives, executives, clerks, salespeople and aimed at those who intend or need to improve their verbal and nonverbal communication, to make their communicative relationship with their significant other more effective. The course can be for a single speaker or a small group of up to 25 participants. Multi-day training can be provided for groups over 25 participants, to be arranged with the client.
