Economic and financial plan advisory
The affidavit of the business plan economic and financial plan is required for participation in tenders, as provided by Legislative Decree No. 163 of April 12, 2006 (Code of public contracts for works, services and supplies in implementation of Directives 2004/17/EC and 2004/18/EC).
Just as Art. 153 Paragraph 9: Bids must contain a preliminary project, a draft agreement, and a business plan certified by a credit institution or service companies established by the credit institution itself and registered in the general list of financial intermediaries, pursuant to Of Article 106 of Legislative Decree September 1, 1993, no. 385. The business plan of a business plan, whose asseveration is required, represents a “technical” summary of all the information that has been made explicit in the descriptive part of the business plan itself. In the business plan, numerical consistency of all data provided is checked: investments, financing, revenues, costs, monetary income and expenses, and others. All of this information must be contained in so-called projected budgets, which summarize the future projections of the project or business activity to be started.
The business plan and subsequent asseveration are essential for:
- Check the economic and financial feasibility of a business, assessing whether or not the project itself is profitable in the long run, ranging from a minimum of three to five years.
- Carry out management control as a whole.
