Do No Significant Harm (DNSH)

DESCRIPTION

The course aims to explore the issue of DNSH (Do No Significant Harm)-EU Regulation 2020/852 (EU Taxonomy of Environmentally Sustainable Activities), which requires that interventions under national NRPs do no significant harm to the environment. Basic principle for accessing Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) funding.
Asacert’s training on the topic, aims to deepen the correct interpretation and application methods of the principle, which is useful for the submission of projects to take advantage of the funds made available by the NRPs. The Regulation bearing the EU Taxonomy of Environmentally Sustainable Activities, will be one of the topics covered in the course. It identifies six environmental objectives and a set of criteria to determine how each economic activity, not only has an obligation not to harm any of the environmental objectives, but also contributes to the protection of the ecosystem.

RECIPIENTS

The course is aimed at technicians, organizations, consultants who have an interest in learning about the dictates of the DNSH principle, needing to present or report later on the activities carried out that make use of the funds made available by the NRP. The course is aimed at both business and public administration professionals.

– Analysis of the specific DNSH sheets of the Operational Guide, in compliance with environmental objectives
