Cyber Security

“It is not the strongest species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.” C.Darwin

DESCRIPTION

The pandemic has accelerated the digitalization process and it is now clear to all organizations that digital transformation – at the level of processes, functions and organization – is the sine qua non to last and continue to be competitive.
There are still few organisations, companies and public administrations that have among their objectives being resilient, that is, capable of resisting a cyber attack. Guidelines and advice to achieve perfect resilience are more necessary than ever.
Cybersecurity, at a global level, is experiencing one of the moments of maximum interest, both because technological progress is constantly increasing and because the level of risk is becoming increasingly higher.
Cyber-resilience is the ability of an organization to better manage its business during a data breach or cyber attack, in order to guarantee the availability of the entire ICT system.
The question to ask is: Security teams have recovery plans in place in the event of a breach, but can critical business processes be kept running during a crisis?
Currently, the lack of specific technical skills constitutes the main obstacle to tackling Cyber Security, so organizational efforts must be aimed at implementing effective and efficient Business Continuity, Risk Management and Disaster Recovery plans.
The ability to resist an attack is a prerogative that can guarantee the survival of an organization.
